There are four major Instant Messaging programs (AOL Instant Messenger, ICQ, MSN and Yahoo messenger). By filling in these fields other alumni can add you to their instant messaging clients and you can chat in real-time. If you have an account with more than one of these you can use Trillian and access all these with one client.
